At 1:00 you show the "stationary bottom rail filler". This is outside, correct? Doesn't your video showing replacing the stationary panel show a bottom rail filler inside, and screws being installed through it? I see no screws in this one.

My door has a white plastic blade that sticks out even when the door is open. Should that be there, and if so, what is its purpose? It's dangerous to people passing in and out of the door as it can snag their clothes or arm.
