I think the federal officer handled himself pretty well considering he was surrounded and detained for 5 hrs and the tribal police couldn't really articulate what they were going to do. He's a federal officer and usually issues on Indian tribal lands are handled by the feds. I have Chickasaw in my family so I certainly am sympathetic to the Native Americans. But I have to admit that was messed up. 🥴

The memo in that third video is a classic. It quotes a federal regulation saying that people are ALLOWED to photograph building entrances, lobbies, corridors, et cetera... and then, in the very next sentence, instructs officers to tell people that they are NOT allowed to do so. The cop also apparently missed the fine print at the bottom which says the memo should absolutely NOT be shared with the public.

The FPS also got it wrong by stating Sean had to be here on 'official federal business'. There is also no requirement for Sean to state why he is there, the law does not require that. It would obviously help them if Sean does explain it. Sean only told Kingsley because she was polite to him.

We are our own government and have our own laws we do not go by any state laws. We have our own Court system and Jails. No Native can be taken off the Reservation unless it's a federal warrant executed by the FBI and then and only then can we be taken off our Reservation. This game Warden was trespassing on Tribal land he has no jurisdiction on the Reservation unless he is summoned by the Tribal Courts. We signed treaties with the government. Here in England, a plain 'police' car cannot stop you. They can ask you to stop, but you can refuse, and they have to call in a marked police car. Many times, police in plain cars HAVE stopped drivers, but if it all goes wrong, in court, they're going to struggle.

Once again, I’ll say it. Why hasn’t the cop on the street been educated on all the rights of citizens. Why does a sergeant or lieutenant have to show up to inform them of the law. It would really be ridicules if a doctor always had to get a higher-level doctor to come to the operating room to tell the surgeon what to do.
