They then send you to personnel and they begin the process of papering you out. Then you don't get benefits after. You can call yourself a vet and you can go to the VA but you lose access to any military base. After 20 years you retain benefits and base access. Thanks for your service and fighting for this country and blows my mind. These cowards are trying to intimidate you they could never do what you did and thank you for the way you stood up there fighting for your rights and not letting them intimidate you. You are 100% correct no crime no ID I know this is an old video in the car sitting there next to the next you with your friends and it fit the description of the car that was involved in the supposed crime that harassing you for more than yours does I don’t even begin to question them or even talk to them, or even look at them But thank you for your service again. It’s greatly appreciated and thanks for not letting these officers intimidate you take care.

Since when is it illegal to temporarily stop on the side of the road? Why have easements if you can’t use them?
@JamesStern-y7gАй бұрын
It is always been illegal to stop on the side of the road if you don't have an emergency or you don't have any car problems waiting for somebody to get done with a traffic stop isn't a legitimate reason to be there I believe the officer told her to go to the next exit and she can wait there for her.
@matchesisonАй бұрын
its illegal to stop on freeways unless there is a reson to. Stopping because your sister got pulled over is not a valid reason. Having a cop tell you to move along and refusing the order, is likewise a crime. Yeah, the guy was a dick but he was right.

@@JamesStern-y7g That's for interstate highways. If there was a "parking lot right up there" then it's not a limited access highway.

The lady who refused to transfer did what's called AWOL. Absent WithOut Leave. In a more simplified way, it's an extreme insubordination. Since she signed a contract to follow all orders given to her by a superior, yes she was breaking the law and yes they did have all rights to flashbang her and smoke her out as military persons are trained to kill bare handed and could very easily have a long rifle or side arm or even grenades in their house. AWOL is an immediately arrestable offense. How do I know? My dad had 3 awols while in vietnam and told me all about what could've happened.

No one in that first video was a "High ranking soldier" nor was a police officer involved. That was a disgruntled crank obstructing work and accusing someone of "federal crimes under state law" LOL.

First thing they did is handcuff the first man they see in front of the door so that wouldn’t be any resistance. That’s pretty much what they’re doing in the society. They try to apprehend every black man so they could get what they want from the family.

0 police qualified immunity for all 50 states like if you agree should we do away with it and how would we go about it?
@Bit0114 күн бұрын
Laws would have to be passed. There is no law establishing qualified immunity. It was entirely made up by the courts.

This is not about Charlie Sheen roasting cops and Dalton Vass about the Yam Wagon, this is something else. I still do highly recommend the action movie, " The Chase" featuring, Charlie Sheen, Kristy Swanson, and Henry Rollins.
