Technically, a senior in highschool (12 yrs) has more training than a brain surgeon (7 years). Even better, the best military in the world, only trains its soldiers for 3 months before they are combat ready...... time in training is a ridiculous metrix to judge abilities and professionalism.

@@carlosviegas5935 except the police academy is only a basic academy all their additional training is done throughout their entire career they have to based on state law to train whether it be in house physical or PowerPoint on top of all the computer base training that they have to go through not only just for basic training but for advanced training. In my opinion: Don't sign up if you can't handle the do what your told military life. Operation defense feed a baby after a grenade wasn't successful. Operation AWOL isn't going well enough so the media has to save an otherwise deserter. Threat level increases with combat experience & police aren't dealing with dangerous entitlement issues. Anyone with military training is considered a threat by Federal guidelines when they don't do what they're told.

The first episode needs more context about the prior legal issues occurring. On the second one, "No person shall stop a vehicle in such manner as to impede or render dangerous the use of the highway by others, except in the case of an emergency, an accident, or a mechanical breakdown". In most cases you will not get a trial by jury and be at the mercy of the judge. You can of course file an appeal and roll the dice. In the third case the courts have ruled that officers may enter a house or dwelling to apprehend a person with a warrant. They are however not permitted to search without a separate search warrant. Any contraband they find would be inadmissible without the search warrant. If you impede their authority to arrest an individual you may be detained and/or arrested for obstruction. In the fourth incident, it is important to know if the car was running or not. Did the officers follow him into the parking area and stop him for a traffic offense? If he was simply parked in a vehicle the officers can ask for ID but not demand it. If they have reasonable suspicion you have committed or are about to commit a crime you will be arrested anyways. They will ID you by any documents on your person or by fingerprints if there is a known record. This gentleman will not be successful in a civil rights lawsuit because he suffered no actual damages. If the cops would have arrested him it would be a different outcome.

I was EX UK S/F and for some reason we where called out to a situation at Heathrow Airport so we all bundled in the back of this and taxed on MOT need based fine and our CEO, said it’s all been cleared you won’t get any stops I know you’re going well we didn’t get stopped and we all got carted away the whole unit our unit which for six cop car I do I and then the wheels went to bigger wheels and then we were all released and taken To the airport in a lot less conspicuous why blue lights and two tones.

The lady who refused to transfer did what's called AWOL. Absent WithOut Leave. In a more simplified way, it's an extreme insubordination. Since she signed a contract to follow all orders given to her by a superior, yes she was breaking the law and yes they did have all rights to flashbang her and smoke her out as military persons are trained to kill bare handed and could very easily have a long rifle or side arm or even grenades in their house. AWOL is an immediately arrestable offense. How do I know? My dad had 3 awols while in vietnam and told me all about what could've happened.

All those cops do not know what interfering or impeding means. The woman that was sitting in her car up the road from the stop, was well within her rights to be there . She did not have to show her ID to that cop, since she was not the one pulled over . Impeding, interfering or obstruction , has to be a physical intent to stop of take away a cops attention from something else . A obstruction charge , can be used in, when a person is legally arrested and then not IDing. I hope that this woman placed complaints on all of these cops, even the Sargent. The one thing that she should have done, is lock her door , so the out of control cop couldn`t open it.
