They don't make laws. They write Bills,statutes,codes,etc... etc... This is the so called Law. Natural Law - our inherent rights given by the Creator - are evident and if written by mankind, redundant. The main point of Natural Law is ’No person can give away authority to any other person because every single person is completely responsible for their own direct actions’. It doesn’t matter if 5 million people sign a piece of paper as fancy and official as they want no one has the authority to endow authority to another. It’s like saying, “I’m giving away my karma.” Somebody who hires somebody to commit murder is still guilty of murder. So if we fool ourselves into believing any human can be responsible for our personal freedoms, actions, decisions, then we have given away all our power while still fully responsible for all outcome. And of course, a Council is practical for small disputes and guidance with the wisdom of past lessons learned. All this to say if this was taught in schools and homes by all humankind, the freedom and the responsibility given to each individual would be an incredible step forward in enriching all lives, human and otherwise. We could spend our energy on solving the problems of the helpless and troublemakers and such without losing our freedoms, or paying income tax, etc., yet pursuing happiness, personal goals and more. I state this solely for the purpose of educating the populace of how the world actually works and anything outside this will always exact a price.

@@francescoavila6960 Well, not yet, because I don't know what happened to the guy. I neither feel sorry for him, nor do I take for granted that "he had it coming" just because you say it "looks like a drug bust." We'll probably never know though, since follow-up vids are so rare. Hopefully, Daniel will post an update in the not-too-distant future. Wouldn't surprise me if he does, but I'd be surprised and amazed if most video-activists did. Then again, maybe you have an inside track on the details of this stop and/or resolution that you could share with us? @00:50 One issue I've seen on traffic court is that if you spend money on an attorney you can get pretty much anything dismissed, on the other hand if you don't have money to put into an attorney, traffic court judges will stick you with total BS infractions. Prove of registration and insurance in CA, why is it still allowed for LEOs to ask for it and even "search" for it. In CA your plates usually don't change from year to year, you get a new sticker for the current year. If you have your license plate with its updated sticker, that is proof of registration right there no? Plus LEOs have access to resources we pay for where they can easily run the plate and get all registration information, associated drivers, insurance status, etc. See, courts are quick to play along "Officer knew registration was up to date, but he did have permission from driver to go and search for the paper work in the car".

@@jeffnorris8848 yes I saw that and I see nothing that backs up what you're talkin about, I did see and new you have to inform the officer you're on parole and if you've had contact with law enforcement you have to tell your parole officer, could you direct me to the section that says you no longer have a Fourth Amendment right because you're on parole, if an officer wants to do a search and his merits do not justify PC he could make a call and try and obtain permission through the Parolee's parole officer, and I can't speak for all states but in my state policing powers are not extended when someone is on parole...unless they call the parole agent for permission. The information you sent me unless you care to narrow it down I did not see anything that helps your position.
@jasonb1713 жыл бұрын
@@jeffnorris8848 I was traveling with a guest in my automobile and got pulled over. The stop went poorly, apparently I didn't pull over where they cop wanted me to I was looking for a place that had lights and maybe a couple working cameras so I traveled maybe half a mile further than he would have liked, when he got out flashlight in my face refused to give his name, blocked his badge and refuse to answer why he pulled me over until I answer all his questions. When I refuse to answer any questions until a lawyer was present he told me to go ahead and call I did and he took my phone before I finished the call. So now my guest has a bright idea of telling the cop that he's on parole and I knew what was coming next. Long story short that cop did everything and anything you can imagine for the next two and a half hours with five other cops until a state trooper came, then we were released with no ticket only stern warnings and threats to my guest about reporting the incident to his parole officer and that they hope his parole officer find a reason to lock his ass up. That right there tells me a whole lot more than any fraudulent policy that might be floating around. Granted you weren't there but that state trooper was very upset and even acted like he was going to put one of them in handcuffs, would it have been any different if he wasn't the guest? No, still would need PC or permission from his parole officer to circumvent a search warrant. What exactly is it that a parole officer's requirements if any are in granting that permission idk. It could be that if he broke no conditions of his parole that the Fourth Amendment stands, but say if there is that accusation that there is a smell or the parolee is out of a certain jurisdictional area that he has agreed not to cross without express permission then the Parolees 4th Amendment right would be suspended. In fact that is my reply most times whenever a cop has approached me throughout my life and ask me where I'm going or where I'm coming from...Dude I'm not on parole.
