Perfect example of why you leave space in front of you (unlike the dashcam car) so if a car in front suddenly slows you then have time to slow down more gradually. Dash cam driver is too hasty.

It would be next to impossible for a prosecutor to argue that following the law was either a) illegal, or b) unreasonable to the point of being negligent. If you disagree then I'd suggest you either a) get a law degree, or b) if you already have a law degree then try it out in court and let me know how it goes. Alternatively find me legal precedent that contradicts my point. I'm happy to change my mind if you can find a case that agrees with your point and survived appeal.

Not only is it a roundabout where you should never really stop on it, but they were not in a case of not knowing where they were going, which even if they didn't you would not stop in the middle of the roundabout you would instead just drive around it again, but it instead the fact that they were letting another car that did not have right of way to pass by.

If everyone assumed that "the other guy" might be uncertain. That they might be in a place they don't know. Or that they might be distracted or might not be having a great day. They might not be certain which exit is theirs...or that they may just be a poor driver, then no one would be ever surprised when "the other guy" makes a mistake. So many dashcam vids feature drivers who drive agressively on roundabouts (under the guise of assertive or positive driving) and act shocked when "the other guy" doesn't execute some driving skills perfectly 100%.

I can't tell if the yellow car was actually in the wrong lane to exit without knowing the roundabout layout. But there is a black/blue SUV joining the roundabout when he shouldn't have - he should have given space to the yellow car as it was actually indicating left and correct or not, he should have given room.
