He's all talks, the biggest red flag. Ex employee here, glad i left that shithole. He expects employees to work 24/7 and don't ask for any benefits. The model he's talking about was only for "Chosen One's".

I respect the views of the guest but I would disagree with his thesis on work life balance and employee mental health. Mental wellbeing has been thoroughly researched and proven to be critical for a professional productivity. The approach of the guest towards achieving your goals is quite conventional and assumes that fruitful outcome is only possible if you grind your physical and mental wellbeing while pushing your social circle away. This unfortunately is true in Pakistani corporate culture who follow the footsteps of the flawed American models. You guys should read about aglie methodologies, lean, and kanban models. These are very basic but functional work models. And continue your research from there.
