Ashadi Budi I'm not sure. The Strada EP is not a high volume product, at least not for us. But I will try to do a video in the future. We don't have an ep in the showroom at the moment but I may get it in the future.

iDrinkCoffeeCanada. This moment I am confused to choose between Slayer 1 group vs Strada EP 1 group. And its really strange that there are no strada EP review at all on youtube.. even the strada EP 2 & 3 group.. is it a terrible machine? Or is it too great so people just buy it because its la marzocco brand?

Ashadi Budi The Strada EP has a full range of pressure profiling so you can vary the pressure throughout the extraction. The Slayer has its needle valve that gives you very soft preinfusion. Both machines are capable of incredible shots. The reason there may be a lack of videos is because the Strada EP is not a high volume product. We have only sold a few of them over the years and never the single group.

Synesso s200 or this slayer for high volume cafe?

That's a hard choice, both are really nice machines. If you have high volume and you choose Slayer definitely get the Steam because the Slayer Espresso is slower because of the extra long preinfusions. Synesso has in my opinion industry best reliability though which is important to consider as well.
