Add the call of duty. DOUBLE KILL. TRIPPLE KILL. MULTI... when u kill anything within a couple ticks of eachother. Hitmarkers. Maybe hide npcs on the map untill u get 4 kills, then it uavs for a while. When you spec add the crazy dorito hitmarker MLG thing with the kid yelling OH OH OH from that one meme years back. Add skin challenges to some weapons so you can change them to gold/platinum. Instead of instantly despawning have npcs lay crouched on the floor for a couple ticks and if u walk over them you start t bagging.

The most evil plugin I could think of: spawn timers & markers in Fight Caves (or some other boss), but 10% of them are purposefully wrong, just enough to make player think they misread or misplayed when the plugin actually screwed them. 2nd idea: plugin that slightly moves marked tiles on occasion, so that they end up being very wrong before the player notices.

Two ideas. One you turn everyone into the ocean gate submarine and any damage it implodes Second you make it so that people can only take 300 steps per day, 600 steps per day or 6000 steps per day based on something (essentially similar to how twitter is only allowing 300 posts for a new account, 600 for a standard account and 6000 for twitter blue. Essentially turning Runescape into pay to play)
