PSU salary is three times higher than railways . PSU is better than IAS / IPS . I know many persons who joined psu & rose to cmd level in schedule A maharatna cil / sail / gail etc . That post is better than adl chief secy level IAS posted in state in low profile deptt like animam husbandry / cane deptt / labour deptt / forest & wild life of bihar . PSU is better than CES / IAS/ IPS in my view . Always promote for psu .

IES officers are getting more pensions that PSU never think of in their dreams. Such a biased comparison. It's like comparing IAS to Bank PO 🤣 Come on there is a huge difference of power. Even your GM can't deny the order of newly recruited IES/IAS. Ask any of your PSU colleagues they will be happier to leave a PSU for an IES or IAS. Better not to compare these two positions to any job position.
