Playing along with the little kids (in your family or your care), dancing with them to the Wiggles videos and other music they like playing with them and running around on the playground equipment, sledding in the winter, etc. was seriously my favorite way to exercise. The kids in my fam are all grown now and still lots of fun in other ways (and we still do act be stuff like hike and play a lot) but I really miss those times of chasing and playing and laughing on the playground. Best gym ever.
