Actually, Francis Francis is more heinous than you think. His plan was to basically distribute a litter of puppies that never grow up, which would gain so much love that no one would want a baby again. Eventually, this would’ve resulted in the human race’s extinction as since no one would want any more babies, reproduction would be stopped.

6:16 I am not sure if that should count as an attempted murder since Francis was going to drop them in a pool of forever formula, which reverses their age. So mutilation perhaps? Since aging back isn't possible to do in the real world.

@@supertrike5893 I Don't Know About it،if this were to Happen, I'd Create a New Sentence for it,For Each Mutilation Types,As Reverse Aging Isn't Possible in the Real World,If Francis Succeeded in Getting Rid of Tim and Theodore, They'll Remain Babies,Perhaps Drowned If you will,So I Think It's Called Some Form of Diagnosis Because of the Formula For Reverse Aging

You forgot attempted murder for Francis E. Francis because he put tim's parents under the rocket, that could be dangerous because when the rocket launches, they could get burned.
