Question : what sort of branding do we need for a creative agency ? Like we got all the socials ready but I was wondering if creating a website is as important as creating socials ?

I'd go with both. It depends on your audience. Older people tend to use websites while younger people tend to use social media more. It's all about the audience but if I were to start, I'd have both because getting in contact with your agency may be easier to do on a cite than on instagram or fb (if it makes sense? ) it doesn't hurt to have flexible/multiple options to but only showcase your work but also contact you

Great video! Although I would argue that the approach is very different for the different kinds of agency. I run a few digital agencies (web) and I've also owned a real estate business - they are totally different beasts with their own unique challenges. The same goes for the video and social media agencies I've worked with, so very different. However, a lot of the general principles are universal, for example what you say about paint points and identifying a niche.
