No Trespassing or unmanned vehicles is a binary choice. So you can either or. So either you tresspass or you fly LOL. It should be "No tresspassing and no unmanned vehicles permitted". Although a drone should be permitted because it has to be manned by someone. It doesn't just fly around on it's own LOL.

I disagree. Imagine a pub that says "no kids or pets allowed". You wouldn't interpret that as being pets allowed. Now substitute "kids" with "trespassing" and substitute "pets" with "UAVs". All we've done is swap out the nouns. Other than that it's the same sentence. It's possibly a little less natural to read and understand because "unmanned aerial vehicles" is a longer noun so you'll have maybe forgotten about the "no" at the start by the time you've finished reading it.

@cyclist682 жыл бұрын
The fire service has a call designation "FAGI" or "false alarm good intent" meaning it wasn't a fire or an emergency but it was a genuine call either misjudged by the caller or a faulty alarm/ Anyhow eventually they got fed up going out to preventable false alarms and started charging for FAGI's. Guess what? Amazingly once they were getting charged per call, factories etc found they didnt need t fire service when it was obviously something and nothing. This what the police should be doing for a call out to a man with a camera, not blue light runs which remember, are breaking speed limits and crossing junctions against red lights etc, put the public at risk all the way to the call site.

Typical that the police come on blue lights because someone with a camera is filming in public outside a workplace. Why is that far, far more of an emergency than a member of the public getting their house robbed? They turn up in a hurry because they they say that they don’t what you’re up to. However when you know that the person is definitely robbing your home, which I believe is ‘up to no good’. Yet police turn up a week later or never!

Kolb's theory: The learning cycle basically involves four stages, namely: concrete learning, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization and active experimentation. Effective learning can be seen when the learner progresses through the cycle. The learner can also enter the cycle at any stage of the cycle with logical sequence. The first stage is concrete learning, where the learner encounters a new experience or reinterprets an existing experience. This is followed by the next stage, reflective observation, where the learner reflects on the experience on a personal basis. After this comes abstract conceptualization, where the learner forms new ideas, or modifies existing abstract ideas, based on the reflections arising from the reflective observation stage. Lastly, the active experimentation stage is where the learner applies the new ideas to his surroundings to see if there are any modifications in the next appearance of the experience. This second experience becomes the concrete experience for the beginning of the next cycle, beginning at the first stage. This process can happen over a short or long time.

I'd have loved it if you had said to the guy in the car at the end that you had flown the drone over to see what he did

I served my apprenticeship there in the 50/60s when it was H.M.HOBSON Ltd, Claudel HOBSON the founder invented the reversible carb for airoplanes. The opening views of car park and sectional buildings was a well kept field with a putting green, where we could play at lunch time. There were uniformed Corp of commissioners who manned the gate then. Loved the drone footage, bought back fond memories of my time. Keep them coming.

And from the size of them...are not doing much beat work. It should be policy that you have to be fit in order to do your job. Even if you are carrying radios, zip ties, cuffs, sprays, tasers asps and guns.

Dunno, I ‘trust’ my wife, but not my adult child. WTF has nail-biting to do with nail biting? Send me the science.

This is exactly how police interactions should be. This is how the police should conduct themselves. I'll always be critical of the police, but in this instance 10/10. They were polite, courteous and friendly. It's very refreshing when you are not arguing with an ego. Hats off this time.

Excellent example of good policing. Friendly, lots of simple questions, no confrontation. They engaged properly which means they can judge whether you are who you say. If only......................................

As an author, journalist and proofreader (now happily retired) I can tell you that the sign is worded appropriately and is grammatically correct. It could have been worded differently to make it more explicit, but it isn't ambiguous. Anyway, keep up the good work!

The buildings look like there from the 1930s. Thanks for the great drone footage PJ and the only thing that spoiled things was the ignorant secretary staff, not a good look for the company. The two officers in the first car were very professional and funny, the female PC well what can I say I suppose they’ve still got a loot to prove lol.

Having just watched BBA's video of his conversation with the "moody" female cop, I though she was fine, smiling and saying no drama. Then BBA said no need to be shirty, what's with the attitude!!! And she was still nice to him after that unnecessary outburst! He's the moody one!

My mouth is still open! I still can’t believe that the passenger police officer said “have you permission to film the business?” What????? So a person needs permission to film a building whilst stood in a public place!

Isn't it strange when someone breaks into your house that they do not dispatch 2 units on blues and twos, but when a company calls about someone doing nothing illegal, they do. The police have moved from being people based to being company and important people based. It's sad.

That was one of your great videos even though it didn’t end in agro! Those two coppers have restored my faith in the police. The cop driver is the star and all over coppers should watch how he handled it. He didn’t lose his dignity and was a cool dude.
