ironically, a lot of deaths in a lot of wars were simply from diseases and infections spreading. its really a modern idea that most casualties are caused by the weapons of war themselves. thats why nurgle and khorne somewhat get along compared to khorne hating slaanesh (for obvious reasons) and hating tzeetch (magic and general bullshitery)

Khorne is about action for instance a sword maker who creates a sword that will dominate the battle field thus causing more blood to flow, still pleases him. As for knowing what a marriage is, Khorne is not a baby or a murderhobo innocent brain. Where this complex is from is that Khorne rarely talks even to his daemons but when he does, he is blunt and concise with his words. For reference think of a stoic old man who has had a rough life, they are similar in personality as well. As for Khorne thinking about only rage this isn’t true, he gives enhanced rage to his warriors to make them better at being warriors but he himself is not empowered by rage. At the end of the Skarbrand campaign he literally laughs at Skarbrand. He’s capable of more thought than just a single mindset. Moreover he values discipline, discipline to take arms, to not fall to temptation, discipline to not be lazy, etc. Discipline is not the absence of normal urges, it is having urges and using them productively for yourself. Having a wife in a monogamous relationship is very disciplined

She beated Malus Darkblade twice in a 1v1 in my campaign. In the first battle I lost 90% of health purely because of her before I turned to Tarzan and then she reduced my full health again to zero. Then I spent 15 turns to come back to her with a new army and she slapped Malus again. I came for an easy campaign because I know Malus is invincible but she humiliated me twice. Maybe she gets a bonus due to the Slaanesh demon inside Malus.

Anyway, the skull enthusiasts are warriors, if nothing else: poor girl deserved to show off her immense strength against lords and monsters... not have to overcome rank-and-files in real time as though she were an anime protagonist, and they're (inexplicably) the big baddie boss fight at the end of an arc.
