Increasing the "Catholicity" in our home has changed everything. Being Catholic, being a follower, and being in love with our Lord Jesus Christ daily, not just on Sunday, will not make you (or your life) perfect, but He will perfect you more and more with every bit of trust you give to Him to work in you. Commune with Him throughout your day, sharing your intimate thoughts and feelings, and be made new.

Thank you Catholic Marine! I've had to defend our Faith recently, shocked at the bad feelings some Potestants have because they have no real knowledge... God blessed me and put in front of me St. Ignatius of Antioch, his 7 Letters (a disciple of St. John, a Bishop who was martyred 108 AD), which presses the idea of One Church, Bishops and Deacons to retain Tradition, the Eucharist as the true Body and Blood of Christ, and uses the term "Catholic" ("where ever Jesus is, there is the Catholic Church). It has scared some Protestant Ministers to convert. God Bless you and Your Family, and a Blessed New Year! A must read for any Catholic in defense of our Faith....

Thank you for this. I'm a Protestant going to a Protestant university soon. I've been wrestling with why God would so clearly draw me to this campus only to, as soon as my path was set, also draw me so strongly into Catholicism. As moving day draws nearer it feels like I'm being split in half. Why this situation, God? Have I incredibly blundered and was wrong about the university? Or Catholicism? Or both? It's been a tough and lonely struggle. You gave me a confidence boost that despite how unusual this path might be, God is telling me to walk it for a reason. That it is my evangelical brothers and sisters God wants me to be around, even as my own evangelicalism metamorphizes into Catholicism. I have no idea how I can "convince" them as I'm only just beginning to understand these things, but maybe just being a witness as a new and willing adult Catholic convert would plant seeds? I don't know, I just know I feel better now. Thank you! And please pray for me.

Thank you for saying yes to God's plan in your life at this moment. Just remember the key is a strong spiritual life : Mass, sacraments, rosary, adoration and spiritual reading. I applaud you for your courage! Going through this can be very challenging... HOWEVER, God has given you this grace for a reason....No matter what anyone says or thinks about your inclination towards Catholicism, truth always wins. Don't get discouraged.
