I went throu all that in kB, boxing . Sone of this myths are 100 myths. There is nothing boring in flexibility, agility, core strength. It's good to have it all. Being strong is fun

Strength in mobility, i see how thats probably #1 priority. Not many of us have the means to get actual training. Would you show us some basic starting points that we could do at home or even a park( weather permitting😂)? Maybe just short tutorial videos?

I’m 45 and not very flexible, really tight ham strings too. I’ll start watching your videos and try and incorporate your movements. 🙂

i have never seen someone move like that, i have ankylosing spondylitis which affects my back , do so yoga but thats something else, im 64

what type of gym an individual should look for to find a teacher to learn these ? is there any exist in Canada/Toronto area?
