An epiphany is like having a realisation about something. Perhaps something you always knew deep down but it suddenly makes sense to you. Rather than saying "I just realised...." You might say, "I just had an epiphany..."

@@jamalhamad9110 I give multiple examples throughout this video in which you could use these words naturally and confidently. I do not believe you have watched the video properly. I also teach advanced English which might be why you don't feel the need to use these words on a daily basis.
