I created the original concept of what is now known as the Apple "Air Tag" (story on my page). I sent my idea to Davison in Pittsburgh in 2004 and now his neighbor Paul G Puskarich is credited with the invention and Davison runs Apple's Apps Store. I have a new product design and need help proceeding forward with TRUSTWORTHY individuals.

First of all, not all countries have a provisional patent application. Most people file a provisional patent application in the US. Then, later, within that year, they can file a PCT, which they can designate other countries such as India.
