Recipe: 1 head of romaine lettuce (sliced) Dressing:2 cloves garlic (smashed), 1/2 tsp (3 grams) sea salt, divided,2 tsp anchovy paste,1tbsp (16grams) Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2-3 drops of chili sauce, 3/8 tsp black pepper, 1/4tsp of worchestershire sauce, juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, divided, 1 cup of croutons.
