Thank you so much for the honest reaction man! Pretty lucky that you discovered The Contortionist a week prior we drew a lot of inspiration from their earlier work for this song. We did all the video production ourselves as well over 3 days so... looking forward to some of our new shorter songs in 2021 because 11 min was brutal to film. 😅 Thanks for supporting the prog community with all your reactions man the channel is great!

As one of Periphery's buggest fans, my friend showed me these guys' album The Light Years knowing I'd love it, and I fell in love with them ever since. Hearing this song remastered (the original Outliers song came out in 2012, there's a big difference between the 2012 and the 2020 versions) was and still is an incredible experience.

Im listening to this for the first time as I write it. The lavish lush production of the track easily and effortlessly blends and smooths the various dynamics heard throughout all together very cohesively. I like too, the sweeping and sprinklings of piano throughout. Really cool. Tanks then brotha, for getting this song to people like meself who didnt hear it till now. The jumpy djenty heavy riffs you hear- that is very reminiscent too, of Animals as Leaders. CAFO. 👍

This was my first time hearing Aviations, and I really liked it! They reminded me mostly, and it's not even close, of Tesseract. Some other Djent contemporaries like Periphery, of course, come to mind. Really solid song. That bass tone is absolutely KILLER!

The intro reminds me of a very small band on youtube called Wide Room who I told I would recommend to some music reactors. It's very much on the mellow side of prog. I think Hadron is the name of their newest single and I remember it being very good but I need to go watch the video again because it's not in any of my playlists because it doesn't quite fit in with the rest of it.

I always hear lots of Between the Buried and Me influence on them. You got to check out some BTBAM. White Walls is always a good track as is Swim to the Moon and Lunar Wilderness. Really anything by them I think you would love.

I grew up on 70's prog, mostly Yes, but lost interest in new music because I thought Prog was dead. Jinjer got me back into heavy music, then I started hearing bands like Tesseract, and all things Daniel Tompkins. Sorry my opinion only. No melody no hooks just a pastiche of every other band out there. I heard Rush, Genesis, Floyd and a zillion others so disjointed. Technically brilliant. But I'm not gonna be screaming it while I'm working. Sadly forgettable
