I'm 38 and have been trying to quit porn for years and watching for basically 2 decades, but I have realized it is thee most addictive thing in the world. I have quit all sorts of drugs, quit drinking alcohol, but porn is just so hard to stop. Guess what: my addicted ass *still* finds ways I would never have come up with to relapse. I look at all these poor men who express in the comments how much they want to quit. Take the example of the alcoholic clearing his fridge of booze first. I can get why some people feel ashamed or guilty and it all boils down to the "type" they were into. My opinion? Dude, I can only say for myself that the reason I use porn is because I can't get what I want in reality. Women just are not sexually interested in me - at least the women that I want.
