Thanks for the review. They also have a blackwash that’s out as I don’t like shiny either but you don’t have a lot of control when doing a collaboration. And I personally hate the clip, again something out of my control. The Ti clip is what should have been on them but they didn’t want to change it. All the custom ones I’ve done it’s the first change I make. If you ever see any of the custom versions I’ve done for Blade show you’ll see I also use the blackwash and those have the laser to make my Go Mia and that’s the look they wanted, they just didn’t do it right imo but thee customs I’ve done are much better imo. It wasn’t to simulate a hamon but to replicate my custom work I do. The original design for the Sparrow is a high end design that they asked me for but after they priced it pulled the normal Kizer thing and asked for a sub 100 price point so I had to re design it to meet what was asked, and of course they made there changes. All in all it turned out really well, and the next version that’s coming soon is closer to my original design and should sort most the items people are on the fence about . Man thank you for coming on here and sharing all of that. It's good to have that perspective for sure. It's a great knife like it is. Just some tiny little aesthetic things that I was pointing out. Great design and I'm sure your customs look great. I'll have to look for those. Thank you again for sharing

Nice Kizer. Not my favorite blade coating either. Would like to see blackwash over the shiny coating and honestly not a fan of that etch they put down the blade. I think it sort of makes it look cheap or something. Thanks for the review KC.

It’s available in both blackwash and the lasered. We did two versions. Then I e done a few customs where I took the Blackwashed and did the laser the way they should have. You don’t have control of something when doing collaborations and they wanted to copy my Go Mia look but keep the price sun 100 bucks

I like it! Would of preferred a not so shiny coating but i’m glad they made more than one version if the lines are a turn off. Hopefully they do a satin version.

There’s a blackwash that’s also out he didn’t mention. If you look at my custom work you’ll see I don’t do silver much and I seat for darker colors
