I always use foam mattress to pad items, or corner protectors + cardboard. You and I care about our items, so we wish that we receive items as we would send them to someone. If I would be you, I would send that filthy item back to that seller and ask full refund. Even if that works.

Fortunatley the game is fully working and hopfully that will last ! The forst deal was greta though so at least you have that smooth to go with the rough ! :-)

I know who you bought this from and I was tempted to buy one of these conversions myself also. I'm a big fan of the PGM/PGM2 hardware. After watching your vid though, I'm glad I didn't. Hopefully you don't have any issues with it and get to enjoy it. It's a great game regardless.

If you don't mind me aking, buddy... Where did you get these last 2-3 skanky packages? And also, is it stuff you wouldn't normally find (or find at that price) in Japan? I ask because - aside from when I buy items from other collectors I personally know, outside Ebay - I found japanese ebayers being absolutely the best in terms of packaging care.

Funny when people send you items for free you barely can open it on camera but when you pay top dollar for stuff people go ahhh screw it seems good enough haha. I think Ebay is hit and miss really. I would skip Chinese sellers most of the time because when they get their money they stop communicating with the buyer totally, at least that is my experience.

Oh ya well most of the stuff I buy from Yahoo Auctions Japan and most of the people on there REALLY take care of shipping stuff (and no its not shipped directly to me it goes to a friend in Japan and then to me). I have had a few cases where I got limited edition xbox 360 games on ebay from japan and they were poorly packed though. That breaks my heart when I open the box and see the game flopping around inside. :( Thankfully no used tissues for me yet.

I sent a package once with tissue paper,but a whole roll of it, you know to put in the empty space to prevent the stuff from moving in the box. I hope what I did was not gross. This one just is!

Hi Luke, you said that ESPGaluda is a PGM2 cart but actually it seems to be a standard PGM 1 cart. System16 . com has also picture of the box set. But, wondering how much an original cart will costs, you did it right to save some money buying a converted cart. I hope it will work properly because it's a very fun game. Be sure to make a video to share :) By the way I'm dowloading that China Dragon Pretty something ROM... It looks interesting :D

Why didn't you go for Ketsui? Seems like better value. I guess the seller is the guy who has hacked almost all the different arcade systems around, kind of impressive if you can live with that packaging.

Man, that sucks about the lack luster packaging you've been getting in the mail with games lately dude. It really is frustrating when you take the time to buy something expensive and a seller just tosses shit in a box haphazardly. But man that's awesome about the Espgaluda PGM conversion cart. I have the port to the PS2 and the port to the xbx360 of the sequel to it. I would love to have a Ketsui PGM conversion cart. Would be sweet to hook that up to my tated trinitron with the consolized PGM!

I stopped using ebay about 3 years now,because the last time I shopped at ebay,I got a sega SG-1000 model one for 200€ and when it came with no board inside and no controllers.Just the plastic white outside of the console.I did get my money back but I lost my confidince to ebay.

UGh if you test that conversioon cart, keep a close eye on the cartridge itself in case it ends up overheating or causing an electrical fire.. I almost would suggest doing a 6 hour burn-in to see how it holds up. Yuck... EWWWWW

Careful Luke as you are only allowed a certain amount of Buyer Protection cases before it's taken away. The exact threshold is unknown but I've seen people who filed 5 cases in a year have their Buyer protection revoked. Once Buyer Protection is taken it's gone for good too. Without it you have no protection from items being not as described ergo eBay becomes virtually an impossible venue to use to get deals/rare stuff. Well, sorry for the snot rag trouble; you have this nobody’s empathy XD

The guy must have seen your previous 'how to pack video' and decided that you never said something about used paper-towels or tissues.I personally would never buy from that guy again even if he had a really great deal. Having that said.. when shipping make sure you put shipping tape around the edges of the box to make it more sturdy.

Hey Luke, that sucks but hey not just ebay can have crappy packaging. Now how about a big company BEST BUY. Most of the time they have great packaging, but there have been times in which there was no packaging. Yup "NO PACKAGING" My Playstation Display when I bought it during the Thanksgiving sale, they just put the shipping label on the product's box and shipped it. Obviously when I got it, the box was beat up good. People who ordered the Neo Geo X from them, same thing, no shipping packaging.

I thought he was just patching out the protection on the ROM but with jumper wires etc I dunno. It's a top, top game though man, at least it's nice and convenient as a cart. The original PCBs tend to be kinda sketchy. I know I've had a Dai Ou Jou die on me :(

I hate when this stuff happens. I also don't like how long it takes to find out who wins cases sometimes. In all honesty I don't think you are going to win a case if you open it on that guy for throwing in tissues or bad packing. There is no real way to tell if there is snot on it or something but the thought is still pretty scary. My thoughts on paypal cases... If its not damaged and its exactly what you payed for=you lose.

Btw dudes and dudettes, akihabarashop did gift me the whole package for the 8 weeks stress. If you pass by some of these dudes please let them know that im not only happy that they handeled the problem very good in my oppinion, their ps360+ pcb is just awesome. the product not only works 100%, they even took the time to design the thing so good that even my mum can hook this thinng up. the console autodetection is the icing on the cake and the manual override is the icing on the icing.
