A delightful surprise where this project contrast drastically with the immediate surrounding. In North Kiara, it's greatly restricted by the existing infrastructure of the rural setting. Anjali also greatly benefited from the completion of Duke highway where it's only 10-15 mins drive away from the junction, yet being adjacent to Mont Kiara.
The experience of the entire project is very pleasant and this is greatly contributed by the architectural and landscape design treatments. From the entrance to the facilities deck, to the unit, everything is just seamless. My favourite area would definitely be the facilities deck where the team demonstrated amazing attention to detail and spatial experience.
The debate then will be between having a conventional landed property versus a villa that somewhat feels like a landed home in an apartment setting. Not only you'll have the built ups and number of rooms, you'll get to enjoy the common areas that will complement your family's lifestyle. However, it just comes at a premium in pricing.

Wow im very surprised by the quality. And the price! Jaw dropping. Then again, if i take the money and built a bungalow on a plotted land, probably wont be as designed as this. This unit, on a plotted land in bukit damansara with views = heaven. Oh yes, i love love love the corregated panel by the ID throughout the unit! Very hotel-like! Tq for the vid!

Recently, back in Aug 2024 stayed with my sister in this condo and I must say " I am blown away by it" , not even in Canada such type condo exist. I am truly thinking to buy one soon

It is not 'in-between Segambut and Mont Kiara' (0:24) - it IS in Segambut. It is in-between Segambut Tengah and Segambut Dalam. 'North Kiara' was only coined by developers. Great review btw, and such an amazing property.

The common areas are superb. Unit has nice ID. But 2m price hm...can get a big nice landed house in PJ. And it only has 3 bedrooms... For small wealthy families that enjoy pool dipping?

You can get a landed house definitely, but I doubt it's big and nice without considering refurbishments and renovation cost. But yea, you're right about the rooms. Hence would you like more rooms that are smaller? Or less rooms that are bigger?
