Friends who want to buy here, please think twice before making a decision. I deeply regret buying here. While the facilities are beautiful and the environment is pleasant, if you plan to live here or use it for occasional relaxation and swimming, I recommend against it. The management here is extremely poor! When my husband and I wanted to use the swimming pool, they told us he was a visitor and couldn’t access the facilities. This is truly unfair! Should each person need to buy a Vert* house just to use the amenities? After arguing, from the moment I entered the facilities on the 8th floor, two security personnel kept monitoring me. They watched me swim, use equipment, and even when I was in the shower! It’s disgusting. The security staff are foreign workers, and they enforce rules like wearing swimwear to enter the pool. Being scrutinized by others like this is very uncomfortable. Today, I felt humiliated and offended. I felt like a criminal. I’m extremely disappointed with the management here

For 450 psf is not a bad price for what you are getting..I would give the pool, gym, children play area, location 5 star..but all the other "soft" facilities for me is totally ridiculous and unsustainable. I've looked at the brochures..very minimal sports facilities? no badminton? tennis? basketball? futsal? These to me are facilities that can last over 10 years without a problem..I lived my childhood in a condo in mont kiara..absolutely loved the sports area where we had badminton, tennis, big pool, even squash..all those are sustainable in long term, even now after 15 years kids/adults are using it death..co kitchen? auto car wash? seriously? But yeah its a good buy at 450psf, as your drone shot shows the USP is very strong in term of location due to the park, commercial, in 10 years the place expected to be booming. You know what i wanna see in Malaysia? If a condo has a sustainability plan...like every material is chosen and designed to be sustainable, but of course its not as attractive to sell as "co kitchen, karaoke room, cigar room, spa room"

Amazing, but Batu kawan is a ghost township. Lack of food and lack of Groceries shopping. You can't be eating Mcdonald and mamak all the time. Give it another 10 years.. By then the place would be run down.
