And take note also if u r considering to pick facing tolls unit, try visit at night, the tolls lighting macam spots light, 刺眼到极点, especially lower units. Light blocking curtains might helps but if u wanna enjoy night view after 7pm, it’s very bothering, need to put on curtains from 7pm-7am. Fengshui wise also not really good? Not sure

Massive jam in the morning in front of nsk until taman connaught. Too high density in this area once Youcity3 & Emerald9 are completed. If you rely on mrt, then it is convenient to stay here.

MRT frequency would be a big factor to play here. Or else ended up like Sri Rampai, by the time train arrive, it is already quite full, you might need to wait for the next one, it is now a common complain in this address. But this address is already way less dense than Sri Rampai, so hard to compare the cases.

Living here 5 years I can tell you this: Jam: nearly all day, not just peak hours, peak hours just worse. MRT: Peak hours sardin can, may even need wait 2 round of trains. So if it opens, and plus Youcity 3, it's gonna be a shitshow.

Living in YouVista rn. The area and distance to the MRT station is a big plus. Not walking distance to those shop lots show (tedious uphill walk). Rental rates not bad rn. Wondering how this will change after YouCity and Emerald completes.
