Ikarus 415 | ZF | BPO-757 | BKV Budapest | Audio

This was one of the few Ikarus 415s of BKV that still had a functionning NBS in the early 2010s: you can hear it in the first part of the recording (until 05:25). Also, the sound of the turbo was especially nice in this one :)

Emlékszem anno amikor még gyerekként utaztam ezeken a buszokon mennyire imádtam az NBS hangját amikor megállt a busz❤ Annyira hiányzik😢

Ugyanez az élmény megvan nekem is, különösen szerettem azt a néhány kocsit, amelyikben még működött ez a funkció :) Nagyon hiányoznak ezek a kocsik, és külön szomorú vagyok, hogy egyetlen ZF-es 415-ös sem maradt fenn a nosztalgiaflottában... már csak abban lehet reménykedni, hogy a megmaradt oktatók közül egy-kettő jobb sorsra jut majd, sok esélyt nem látok rá, de hátha.

Én már azután ismertem meg, hogy ott törzskocsi volt, az utolsó éveiben dobálták mindenfelé, eléggé rossz állapotba is került a végén, de ment, mint a golyó :) Nagyon hiányoznak ezek a gépek, egészen más volt velük az utazás, mint manapság... de szerencsére a legtöbbjüket sikerült megörökítenem, úgyhogy maradt róluk emlék bőven. Nagyon örülök, ha tetszik a felvétel, lesznek még 415-ösök szép számmal a csatornán :)

What Is thé NBS, please?

It's called Neutral bei Stillstand (~Neutral bus stop), which means that the gearbox puts itself in neutral while the bus stands still, even if the gear selector is in D (or any other gear, like 1, 2, 3, R). This function has been used in ZF gearboxes from the early '90s, and has an easily recognisable sound in the Ecomat series - in this recording, you may hear it for example after 1:27. BKV, the main operator of Budapest public transport has disabled this function in most of its Ikarus buses, that's why it was quite rare to have one of these with an active NBS.

de jó Édesapám Busza volt Régi rendszáma óta Bx60-90 volt 56E és utána Már 56gy járaton járt vele mikor nyugdíjba ment akkor kapta ,meg 22járt kocsit azt utána elvitték kelenföldi garázsba
