For the look, I didn't love the white tops and wanted a rustic look so hence the wood toppers. And it's polyurethane sealed so stands up better when I put coffee or split anything on it

Why do you put a shoe cabinet in your living hall ? You should put it at your front deck, close by to the main entrance door. After putting shoes in cabinet, everyone should wear rubber sandals. - Walk to the water pipe at porch. - Scrub and wash soles of feet AND from ankle downwards. - Rinse sandals. - Wear the sandals. Rinse feet and soles of feet again. - Wash hands with liquid hand wash. - Walk UP TO the main entrance door. - Remove one foot from rubber sandals, then place foot on living hall floor ceramic tiles. Do the same with other foot. - Rubber sandals are placed outside main entrance door. Make sure your floor is totally ceramic floor tiles AND you mop the whole house three times per area such as living hall. After you throw the water from the pail, rinse pail, throw water, fill up with clean water. Then rinse the mop few times. Throw water. Fill pail with clean water, rinse mop in it. Mop one part of lining hall floor. Rinse mop. Repeat steps till entire flooring is clean.
