Because It's Cold As Hell In Canada , I drove there in 2000 and I was shocked how cold it was in September Season in Canada . People from Hati & India are not designed for that type of extreme cold weather , so it's no shock they died.

Northern Minnesota is often colder than Manitoba. Take Hibbing, Minnesota for example. Gets much colder than Winnipeg. There’s an image of Canada’s weather being different when you cross the border. Just not true. People are different, true.
