I just think she approaches things from more of a conversational standpoint vs an interview standpoint where you have an etiquette where you ask the question and you let the guest respond. The people are here to listen to the guest. It just seems like there's a lot of chiming in and saying "for sure" "really!?" and all these adlibs and it's like I get being excited to speak with people and i'm not trying to knock her but for the viewer it can be distracting and take away from the interview. She has improved on this though because one of them first interviews she kept saying "for sure" constantly and people were livid in the comments.
