Spring has arrived :) Come join me in taking a little stroll in a quiet park before I start my day in the studio. I'll be reorganising my desk space and putting away some art materials so I'm ready for this new year of illustrating. I'll also be packing a few orders from my online shop, and making notes of all the new things I hope to create this year.

BRAVO Rachel🤩, here you've got it, yesssss a full tour next time, it's sooooo enjoyable to watch your video, the best part of course is when you are in "your Element, your Universe" !! Ha ha !! 😻I Loved everything you've shown slowly, very near, in details, it's deeply delightful to discover everything, very near !!! 😸I already knew your website, but here it's not comparable, we can admire much much better what you are doing, so Bravo, you've found your personal way and it's quite normal !!! 💝I quite understand your attraction for vintage, so many young women are strongly fond of vintage clothes (on Vinted there are a lot !!!), but also music, movies. Because vintage means real charm, talent in details and innocence of previous periods. Maybe you would enjoy the incredible talentuous series of Hercule Poirot (with David Suchet !!), the clothes, jewels, places Art deco are just fabulous, I've watched all episodes years ago...with my son who was young but he loved them too, ha ha !! On youtube it's easy to find wonderful music, songs from 30's, 40's, out of time, soooo wonderful !!! I'm always listening music, all life !... So, I'm sure Gillian has given to you a lot of precious advices to become a video maker, which is not easy, but for young generations it's Ok !!! I'm quite glad for you both sisters, to love each other and be helpful too !!! 💝💖In France, if you had a shop with your both creations, and irish boxes, mugs, tins, etc. etc. you would be very successful, because I've noticed that objects of the everyday are extremely creative, singular, full of charm in your country !!!! I'm such a novice at this that I appreciate tips and advice 🙌 I've never watched Poirot with David Suchet, but I've always seen it advertised when I was growing up - I must actually watch it now! I just love everything vintage, including the music which is so nostalgic and calming. It's funny you say that about the shop, I often joke with Gillian about us setting up a shop together, with a coffee shop next to it! I just wanted to add that I felt, indeed, that a shop, and a coffee shop too, for you and Gillian would be very stimulating. We are well connected in spirit ha ha !! If I felt that, it could be not only a dream... Because future will be more local, in your real life. This kind of project needs to be well conceived, where, how many days per week and what different schedules for each of you, I don't know the distance in miles/kms between your two homes. And Gillian is married so this has to be thought well according her life. But I'm sure this project could be a beautiful overture for you the two sisters, but also for all families around ! Think about it... I've found, for example, an episode of Hercule Poirot of good picture quality for you, on youtube channel BritTV, video in english called "Agatha Christie's Poirot S05E02 - L'opprimé [ÉPISODE COMPLET]". Don't miss Miss Lemon (the precious assistant) and her so lovely dresses at the end of this episode !! Ha ha !! You'll find others of course. And also, if you can find it subtitled in english, the excellent pep's french movie "Bon Voyage" from Rappeneau, soooo lovely and romantic, and vintage of course !!! ...Cinema had been a great passion in my Life, so that's why I know a lot of movies !! I do remember seeing a couple of documentaries about it however, and the set that was built for it - another movie to watch now 🙌 Haha I think the shop + coffee shop is a distant dream unfortunately but I do hope it happens maybe at some stage in the near future - who knows! ☺💞

Hi! :D First of all, I loved your illustrations, they look really cute, I'm into vintage stuff too. May I ask, if you don't mind, where did you host your shop, please? I've been searching everywhere where to open a shop, I used to have an etsy, but it became quite problematic, so I decided to search to build my own shop from scratch, but I have no idea where to host it, or where to begin even.
