Home Free are the best out there, able to produce sound acapella that others can't even manage with instruments backing them. The guys-- Left to right, slightly back, (the beatboxer) Adam, next..in front, Rob (tenor), center Chance (baritone), next is Tim Foust (SUPER bass with more than 5 octave range), then far right is Austin Brown (tenor). You are at the beginning of a wonderful adventure because every song they do highlights a different facet of their talents. Yes, the man who started out the song is their bass who can sing about as high as the tenors and lower than a human has a right to... sometimes I think he can hit notes we can't even hear they are so low. Blows speaker systems in concert. Their beatboxer produces inhuman sounds, their harmonies are tight and impeccable. Please react to more Home Free. "Man of Constant Sorrow", "Country Fried Pop Medley", "Helplessly Hoping", "Thinking Out Loud/Lets Get It On", "Ring of Fire" with a guest star spot by Avi of Ptx, and a hilarious "The Butts Remix" .... and if you're ready for Christmas music and want to hear that bass rumble "Do You Hear What I Hear"

Adam Rupp (beat boxer) Rob Lundquist ( burger flipper ) Adam Chance (baritone) Tim Foust ( bass) Austin Brown ( tenor) The are amazing live as well.. just saw them in September and going back for more in January. Check out man of constant sorrow, go rest high on that mountain, my church....... so many! And they are all excellent! Love your reaction!

Home Free's harmonies are some of the best. I love everything that they do and I'm here for it. They added a little bit of soul into the end of it. Please check out their cover of "Man Of Constant Sorrow" if you want to hear some good bass and vocal percussion.

Glad your back, enjoy your reactions. Adam (beat boxer) Rob, Chase his name is Adam also but goes by Chase, Tim ( bass) and that was not even close to how low he can go, Austin. These guys and Pentatonix for a cappella are 2 of the best, both groups have been busy busy, so some catching up to do. And the Christmas songs from both are so refreshing, got some great music to react to. Welcome back!
@alanlundberg45345 жыл бұрын
Also glad you're back. The group has two basses, Tim (#4) and Adam Chance (#3). Chance is normally classified as a baritone, but he too has a wide vocal range, and he previously sang bass with another group. In this song, he took the bass line so that Tim could share the lead with Rob and Austin.

You can get two birds with one stone by reacting to Do You Hear What I Hear. You get to hear more of Tim's impossible low notes and get started on Christmas music at the same time.The arrangement by Adam, the beatboxer is amazing. I agree that Rob would be awesome to invite to the barbeque. They all would because they are a lot of fun.

Beatboxer extraordinaire is Adam Rupp. The man with the Mighty Beard is Rob Lundquist. Backward ball cap is Adam Chance, called Chance. The big bass belongs to Tim Foust (he has 5 octave range). Backward ball cap, beard, is Adam Chance, called Chance, is their baritone. Chance picks up the bass part when Tim goes soaring up to sing the lead.

In the picture at the end on left is Adam Rupp [ Beatboxer and vocals} he and his brother started the group in college and his brother has left to go out on his own, then next the lead singer is Rob Lundquist has a distinctive and pure voice. Next is the newest and he is Adam Chance, they call him Chance, he was a bass in his last group but he is singing baritone most of the time. He and the next man Tim Foust who is the primary bass. Tim has a 5 octave range [ A0 thru A5. Last and absolutely not least is Austin Brown the high tenor, they found him performing on a cruise ship that Home Free was also performing on, the rest is history as they say.

So, if you do another one, try Ring of Fire (Johnny Cash cover) by Home Free but featuring Avi Kaplan with them. Rob is the one you said probably flips burgers (but I think he used to be a bar tender...lol). Tim Foust is the bass guy, but Adam (with the backwards baseball cap) also can sing bass. They are great. Would love to see reaction to some of Avi Kaplan's new solo work too.

Yes, the guy toward the end with the long dark hair is their bass. His name is Tim Foust and he has a 5+ octave range. The guy with the beard and glasses, who you said had a silky voice is Rob. He sings lead tenor. He is a big teddy bear of a man. I see others have filled you in on their names so I will stop there. It's good to have you back.

Rob Lundquist (lead on this) could also make you a terrific martini (he worked as a bartender). 3 of the men in Home Free are song writers so there are lots of originals as well as covers. Moreover, the each have their own channel(s) where they also post music. Finally, they tour 150-200 shows a year so there are lots of live (audience taken) videos. Dive down the rabbit hole - 2 videos aren't even at the edge of it.

Tim the bass has a five octave voice. I would suggest Do You Hear What I Hear. This was before Chris Rupp left and Adam Chance joined. Tim will shake your butt in the above mentioned song.
