@Alissa Gonzales yes I do the night only now. I noticed the difference my face and sides of my mid section I stopped for week then realized in quickly the actual difference. My body responds well to lymphatic work. For me drinking the right amount of water also makes a difference. Hope this helps you too

Honestly what never happened in years, happened in a day! I’m a medical student and I wouldn’t really believe in this stuff until I finally gave it a shot yesterday cuz I struggle with a loose fatty belly, which is covering my six packs. My entire body is well toned and muscular but belly is indeed the hardest part to tone for all age groups. I believe you can. Because this massage doesn't necessarily have to be done for people of certain age range(?). There's no harm in trying this massage tho don't do it too harshly because it'll hurt a lot @@CarlSlays

I’m so glad this video showed up on my recommendations! I tried this excercise last night. I slept like a baby. In the morning, my urine was dark yellow or sorta brown. Hi I have been doing this for 4 days. I have a big belly that hangs down. I have found that doing this my belly moves around a lot. After 4 days it is moving less. So don’t be discouraged. Everything just takes time. I feel a lot better for it plus I do her exercises as well. Hi Imi! Thank you! I am a 43 year old woman who has had oblation of the saphaenous veins of both legs. These did not improve my pain and heaviness of my legs. After these oblation Ai started retaining fluid and went through a dopler ultrasound and was told my celiac artery is compressed and that could ve causing fluid retention on my abdomen and legs. I had surgery of my cervical in May 2022 and could not and cannot put on the compression stockings. One day Thank God I found your videos. I have been doing the shaking of the legs one and the belly fat reduction and lymphatic drainage ones and even the ones to look younger from the face. My life has been so much better. I see my husband liking that I am heading towards improvement! I am so thankful ful!!!!! 🙏

Thank you for this video. 👍🏽 I have lymphedema and I did 6 months of Therapy 2x a week $80.00 total. If I had seen your video's my cost would have been zero and educational and no large amount of insurance claims and money spent. Devote time to do the Nodes exercises. I can tell when my stomach has built up fluid hard. THIS REALLY HELPS to all viewers. My ankles legs swell from sealing valves and then came years later Lymphatic issues. I'm really supposed to be drinking close to a gallon at my terribly high weight. I average 92 oz out of 128. Any tips? I do add organic.lemon juice to my water. I think I'm going to get myself a nice slim glass gallon water jug, and fill my travel bottle from there, this way I can see where I'm at. And I'll definitely have to try to drink a lot before I have my coffee.

Since I started doing this massage (end the shaking for legs and arms) every morning I see at least 0,7kg less on the scale than a day before. I have been doing some of these and changed certain things I eat. I go to a massage therapist every other week too! I've been trimming way down. I sometimes get a little ill from detoxing with these massages and drink lots of water. Thankyou for this. I used to roll on the floor front and back and felt so much better. @@lakshmi65432 it works but you get it back kinda. You loose waist if you have a build up for a long time… after you do it 1-2 times it stops showing any difference cuz you have already released all the toxins. So maybe try one or twice every month? It doesn’t make you loose WEIGHT

I have often massaged my belly to help with gas and constipation over the years, not knowing about your channel but as an RN, I knew this would help loosen up the small and large intestines. Hi, Imi I have noticed by doing this one over time that as soon as I get up in the morning I go to the bathroom and my stomach don't feel as bloated and constipated and I now feel the blood circulating through my legs and feet now. Every time I do your simple exercises I also sweat. I also love the tips and information you give at the beginning of your videos and how you take your time showing the proper way to do the massage and exercise. Also, the areas that were hard or firm seem to have loosened up. As, since I don't have a lymph brush set. I was looking for lymph massage and you are the first one that popped up when I searched in KZbin. I like your enthusiasm and positive attitude when you make these videos.

I'm amazed at how effective this exercise is, but the best outcome for me is feel less bloated and even less tired. I'm currently struggling to get my remaining teeth removed before it gets worse as of now I literally just have one top front and one molar that has had a route canal so it is the only reason I can eat alat all. This works. I’m not a large overweight girl by any means but hear me out. I’m within my ideal weight range but I’m very short. I’ve had 4 babies and now I keep busy with 3 grand babies but still I’ve got quite a bit of cellulite. I’ve worked so hard on my legs and nothing worked. I tried another one of Imi’s videos because I mean why not? I was shocked at the difference in such a short amount of time. I was working my legs out frequently but it never occurred to me that my cellulite was blocked. I feel so much better about my legs. What do you have to lose? If it doesn’t help your cellulite, you’re still getting healthy benefits by draining blocked lymph nodes. Look up her other videos. She’s so good. Remember to drink water!

I have stage 3 lymphedema due to cancer. Please keep doing more of this kind of content. Lymphedema patients need more help we have fluid build in often in our limbs and throughout the body.

Just be careful not to overdo it as it can cause too much fluid to rush to the heart and lymphatic massage requires licensing for this reason when dealing with patients with lymphoedema etc for this reason

You are never too young to start a healthy habit. I’m 53 and wish I had been consistent with the healthy things I started doing when I was younger, then I wouldn’t be struggling so much at this age because they would just be part of my daily routine. Best wishes to you on your journey!

Review: Not sure about reduction in belly fat but I started last night, and didn't even do it fully, but I had a very good bowel movement this morning. Will do it couple of nights to see the correlation and confirm that it's not a one-off case.

I stumbled upon your video at 2am because i couldn't sleep. Less than 5mins after doing this I felt my bowel moving and I immediately felt the need to empty my bowels and lots of things came out. I'm 56 and I have no energy. I feel so drained all the time. I have been doing lo impact aerobics. I have a lot of chronic pain and osteoarthritis. I just had my hip replaced. I feel so just frumpy and ugly. I'm overweight and have a hard time working an 8 hour day. My point is, you give me hope. You make me feel energy and feel pretty. Thank you. I do all your videos. I can’t believed my belly felt different right after the first exercise. I have always struggled with my lower belly fat even though I work out consistently. My belly feels different. I hope it works. Gonna try it daily and see.

1 mo update: I still use this for bedtime because it really does help w gut and digestion. I have been using a castor oil/ vit E mix tbat I added a few drops of lavender and vanilla essential oils to for some moisturizing and aromatherapy benefit as well. I sleep honestly so much better on nights that I do this. Thank you Imi for such a great tool!

It's 1am and I just finished showering and oiling up with Aveeno body oil because my body just felt UGH. Came across this video while trying to relax enough to sleep and oh my goodness!
