What I share with you in this video is an lymphatic massage for a slimming stomach. By practicing before going to bed at night, you can clear up your waste stagnation in your lymphatic system. Then, there are many people whose waist sizes are actually reduced by that alone. This abdominal lymph drainage massage will improve bowel movements and help improve constipation. In addition, it promotes blood flow and makes your breathing and body movements smooth. Thus it increases basal metabolism. In other words, it leads you to have a body that is easy to lose weight.

I did the video live. I was 209 and 37 in around my upper belly. Today 206 lbs and 35.5 in. Let's just say a lot of water and waste came out this morning. I have lymphedema and I appreciate this so much.

Just wanted to say that I've been consistent with this video and I see MAJOR results.. after only 2 days in a row of doing this practice I saw HUGE changes. I implemented it multiple times a week after exercise and have been using it for the past year now. My waist is WAY smaller than it used to be and whenever I feel bloated I make sure to do it. It works SO WELL! I realized I should probably leave this comment for anybody looking for result feedback. This massage is completely legit!!! Try it!

@Noor Reydh at first, I did it every night for a week straight, usually after a workout, which i did 3-4 times a week. After just a week, I saw clear changes in my waist and "muffin top" area. I continued this massage after a workout but only 2-3 times a week. I started to get an ab line appearing on the top section of my stomach for the first time ever from just the continued 2-3 times a week. So to answer your question: I saw small results after only 2 days. Major results after a week and then continued results through the year

I couldn't believe what I saw in the mirror this morning. My arms where bat wings used to be, were toned and slim. My stomach, more controlled. This is amazing Imi! I've shared your videos with friends.

I love your workouts. I am going to be 77 years young next month. It’s been months since I found your workouts. After my husband passed away Dec. 1 2020. I have returned back to exercise. Wow, i suffer from constipation, and recently i gained 1 kg from congestion alone. Doing this exercise once a day along with having triphala juice on an empty stomach and taking magnesium supplement has helped me in clearing the congestion. I lost 1 kg weight after 3 days of doing this exercise.

This drainage is no joke! I had so much saliva activate during this, and even my sinuses cleared. been following IMI about 6 mos. really has changed my life. Got my 'going out' clothes from back of my closet and now go out dancing 2-3x a week. Man, I feel cute again!

Thanks KZbin algorithm for suggesting this video. It was JUST what I needed. I’m aware of the importance of the lymphatic system thanks to Teresa Tapp( may she rest in peace, founder of the T-Tapp method). I’ve not done any workouts or lymphatic draining in years and my body shows it. I will be trying this and I’m going to subscribe. Did this massage in the mornings now twice and each time I've gone two or three times. I had a shoulder discomfort I believe from gallbladder issues resulting in sluggish digestion. After the third time that i went (if you know what I mean) the pain in my shoulder left. Very good massage for emptying the bowels; thank you lovely Imi. God bless you

This is my 2nd night doing it before I hit the sac and it feels so good to be loving on the body this way👍I added a short gentle face, neck and shoulder massage andjt compliments this very well for a nice night's sleep

ohhh … i don’t know about long term results but already feel lighter having just moved! (just finished the workout.) my stomach rumbled immediately after, which i’d normally hate the sound of but am walking away from this viewing that positively! lols. loved your enthusiasm throughout, growing up, vanity was considered bad so self-improvement was often questioned (because of looking better as a result.) so your loving rallies were very nurturing! love the channel and definitely subbed

Дорогая Ими очень рада нашей встречи и с благодарностью приступила к Вашим упражнениям.Мне 75 лет и масса проблем,хотя совсем недавно была стройной как Вы,но надеюсь на лучшее.У меня проблема с желудком,метеоризм и частое мочеиспускание.Большая проблема со сном,много чего перепробовала с интернета,но нет улучшения.Очень прошу Вашего совета,без сна жить нельзя и быть постоянно на таблетках нельзя.Надеюсь Вы ответите и остаюсь всегда с Вами

Thank you for sharing this method of yoga. I did it in the morning empty stomach and felt wonderful doing it today. I think it can be also done early morning empty stomach though doing in the night will be more beneficial. 👌🙏👍

I am 62 and from India , i have just started on your videos .one video really reduced the bulging fat under my armpit . I have started on this video . I had frozen shoulder after a fall about 10 years back . At that time i had physiotherapy and ragained some use of my hands but not fully

Three weeks later my arm movements are free , loads of fat under my armpits are reduced, my double chin is gone stomach reduced Only one problem is untouched, I have osteo arthiritis on my right knee and can't do any standing exercise ,my hips are as solid and big as ever Can you help?
