Teachers generally say Being is luminous, blissful and fillled with love and light. I say it's actually deep black emptiness and unfathomable peace. 'The peace that passeth understanding'. What do you say David?

I have been experimenting with tre and so far found it very helpful. The more I dive into healing the more I understand that bodywork is just as important as psychotherapy. Do you follow all the steps of TRE or just get into the leg tremors? Any tips you have about the process would be super appreciated if you want to share!
