Hi Shifu, here in Spain the things are just like how a couple of weeks before were in Italy. Now we are at home, no park or running outside is allowed. Thank you so much for your existence, mother earth bless you, truly, I mean, this is not about technic or perfect explaining, you are pure pasión Shifu, you are earth, you are rock, you just want to help and promote health, you never stop and you are self-discipline itself. Ah; thank you Shifu; this is exactly the workout I was looking for :-). Had put it together from the Xi Sui Jing but it's great to have it all in one place to follow through! Amituofo!

Wrong, if u not recover or it depends on the recovery ! I can get sick from workout, its possible.
