Great training routine. Not going to run out of gas in the tank in a fight if you do conditioning like this! Like the mix up of the different kicking combinations and the variations on the squats.

1:32 - 1:40 Pliz don't do that knee rotate exercises, it will surely damage your knee cartilage,ligaments, because knee is a hinge joint (can fold,move ,flex only one way) So, do only flexion and extension for knee joint and elbow joint exercises. So,
@voisx
@voisx 3 жыл бұрын
you should go back to study. knees have some rotation when they are in a flexion position. this exercice is made for prepare the cartilage and.synovial liquid for exercices. you are totally wrong. but yeah if you try to rotate your knee in a extend position you will break and damage everything inside. that is not the case here

@solistas8005 3 жыл бұрын
..these sounds and gasps come out naturally for most martial arts practitioners, it's an expression of energy. You don't have to do it necessarily but as you get tired it may give you a little boost to get a little sound out if it feels natural for you.

@@solistas8005 Oh thank yu! How kind of yu to answer! Yes. sometimes in a kick the low diaphragms will adjust and a gasp will pop out. Feels funny but no distraction.
