I've done this first thing in the morning and it was so yummy. I feel my whole body stretched and awake. The specific ones for the mornings are too vigorous for me, I can only do them in the afternoon/evening. Thank you so much.

I would love an Innovasana where you show the side scorpion position from a bird's eye view. I think that would help me get a better sense of the position, especially with you narrating it. Just a thought I had!

Dear Jo, Because the style is creative and the transitions more ingenious and the poses somewhat different, you need to do it once and the second time around, you will feel much safer and clearer. But the practice is safely designed and it is absolutely fine to not get all the poses from first try. If you are up for an immunity boosting routine, try our "Fendable" routine which you might find more user-friendly. Have fun. Namaste!
