Does the cells not need to be perforated in order for the primary and secondary antibodies to enter and bind to the target protein?

Hey David! I liked your vide,but when you say the second antibody will be laeled with fluorescent tag that is immunofluorescency not immunohistochemistry, at least i think so! IHC doesnt ``light up`` it gets colored.
