When you commit any mistake or default in your duty, you are punished. But you can say nothing about judiciary. Our case is pending for long long years. You should keep mum for it. The judiciary is being paid from the Govt. exchacker which is our money but they do not owe any obligation to the general public, only obedience to the power is their moto. I think they have no courage to resolve any issue without any partiality. Of course, by uttering this you will be punished for contempt of court. Alas, only God can save us.

OUR COUNCIL SH Sewa Ramji should request CJi for early hearing and apprise to CJI that this case was to be heard in March 2024 as per last hearing in November 2023 but after that it could not be taken best known to this court.So we pray that the case affecting more than 7 lac senior Citizens should be heard and decided at the earliest

The OLD PENSIONERS deserves some sensibility from the supreme court officials.This case of UPDATION is a special one because the service of the old retired employees uplifted the countries economy which should not be forgetted. So case of date deffering should be considered and must be hear as per the previous schedule ie 20/11/2024.

Perhaps,the pre.CJI was not right in issuing directives for taking up cases of Sr.citizens on the basis of merit,therefore this new circular. More than 7lakh retired bank employees, personnels fate is lurking on the captioned case. January mein nahi hoga. We lost our faith on Indian judiciary system. Everything depends on govt. Only politicians cases will be heard by sc . They don't bother senior citizens case. Ultimately we will not get justice. Eventually it is true that justice delayed is justice denied.

It is the duty of sc of india to deliver justice to all before their death as death is not in the hands of anybody. Notice boards are placed -- 1st right on roads are of ambulances carrying patients so 1st right on nyay is of deceased litigants only and not of any court. Harsh words but full of truth. 30 years no updation of pension for bank employees officers etc but other govt staff, rbi, rrb etc are getting it in time. Modi increased salary perks pension of politicians in just 5 minutes including court judges but not of bank staff and officers yet

Ultimate result is Singla case being postponed with some reason. I feel, better let us not get any updation regarding Singla Case. This case will never appear with some reason. Neither DFS, FM , IBA UFBU or CHV will help retirees. I feel if FM think that at least one retiree should enjoy updation, she will help retirees.
