To beat ??? (Wangan Midnight's main character) With a JZA70 Supra and without NOS, you're lucky. You see, my dad has played this game, he got to the final boss with a JZA70 Supra WITH NOS and on the shibuya straight. He didn't stand a chance. Even while using boost, he couldn't catch up to ???. So how did you win without NOS? Well, corners. You see, all CPU's take the corners very slowly, because they try to follow the real racing line, while we go to the inside of corners and easily get more speed for the corner, and more acceleration for after the corner. When you faced ???, you had a LOT of corners, while my dad didn't, so you were lucky. Very good video, I love the text that you do like "He's pretty fast ._." It's so funny 😂. You should've recorded a series! Also, good job beating ??? Without nitrous! (Sorry for long comment)

I want to record the series I dont know if anyone would be interested! I took him on right after you exit the Wangan into the Shinkanjo Expressway headed towards the C1. Was a hell of a race but hey, gotta remain calm and collected and milk that clock. I found an opening, I took it and the rest is history! Haha

I beat ??? a while ago since I got the game on Christmas day because I played the game with my brother long ago, and he was trying to beat all the drivers to get to the final boss. However, I finally managed to get the last boss on Shibuya, and my R34 did not stand a snow balls chance in hell on the straight. He was ridiculously fast on straights but as all the A.I do they suck around corners. It only took me 1 1/2 weeks to beat the game, sadly it's too short.

To think I beat him in a JZA70. In the R34 you make the game too easy for yourself. Hence why I stuck with the Supra. It was much more fun and challenging to beat the game that way. Especially not using NOS. I never was fond of NOS anyhow because it's a cheap tactic instead of actually honing your skill. Takes a crap ton of skill to beat ??? on the Shikanjyou loop in a JZA70 w/o NOS. Restart the game and see how much more pleasing it is to beat it in the Supra, 180sx, or S15. I suggest you pick up Tokyo Xtreme Racer Zero for the PS2. THAT game is SO MUCH fun to beat and it'll keep you addicted for at least a month. Took me 6 months to beat it the first time, and 3 months to beat it the 2nd time around. Never touched it since.

@@GataMeLiga Yeah, TXRZero and TXR3 are my favorites in the series, and I also like Street Supremacy because you can actually join a team though it’s a pretty short game. A lot of people like TXR Drift 2, and it’s a nice game, but it’s just not my style personally.

Swagg Hype BreeZer [スワッグクルー] I don't think is akio like most people say, There is an urban legend of a guys who was the fastes on wangan he also used to run a z30 but they say he died in a crash, Aparetly his z30 apears like a ghost after midnight with no one driving on the cockpit. That same legen of the ghost z30 is based on the creation wangan midnigh with i asume that same possess z30 is the one akio picked up from the scraps.

@@JenGM24 there was a real life midnight club and there was a real 240z s30 called the devil z that did race a porsche 930 called blackbird and the z did crash but no one died in that crash and that cause the midnight club to dissolved

Yeah I did during the race, lol I even took him on in the Shikanjo which is a LONG stretch of highway. I was surprised I beat him first try without NOS. I beat this whole game without the use of NOS (except for when I had to install it for Wanderers -.-)
