Please teach us the caloric value of different vegetables.Also about other proteins and carbohydrates. Sir your talks are excellent. It's a blessing for us. I have attended so many Diabetes Conferences but your talk motivated more than attending conferences for so many days and spending too many hours. Sir, you are Wonderful. Thanks a lot.

Good idea! Eating vegetables more than half first plus salad and then the rest follows. Thank you My sugar levels now 130 mg Bb. Ab 150. Thank you Doctor for enlightening us. You're a saviour. 🙏🌺🙏❣

Sure. For dinner always try to have a early dinner by 7pm or before it and concentrate more on fibers so consume veggies like tomatoes or whatever is available in the Sambar or else eat one sliced carrots or cucumber

In a vegan diet, dairy products like milk, cheese, yogurt etc are not allowed. No doubt, a vegetarian diet is definitely healthy but there is no evidence that avoiding dairy products helps diabetes. On the other hand, they have several nutritional benefits. Hence, if you are already a vegan, you can continue like that but there is no need to become a vegan for the sake of diabetes.

Steel cut oats are low in glycemic index yes it's a powerful energy source for breakfast. Yes u can have it . Its GI is 56

Thank you for your kind words. Cervical spondylosis can definitely be corrected by improving your posture and doing some neck exercises. Kindly consult an orthopedic surgeon who will be able to give you some physiotherapy to improve your condition.

Sir I affected by covid 4 months back.after that I diagnosed as diabetic my hba1c is 10.5, fasting-255mg/dl,post parandial-455mg/dl.then I started medication metformin+stinglapitin(janumet 500mg),dirt and exercise.Now I take the test hba1c is 4.7. I reversed or cured from diabetes. Plz give your valuable suggestions

What the doctors don’t tell you about eating vegetables is that not everyone can eat them. Why because maybe it’s because of your medication you’re taking. If you high potassium then you can’t eat most vegetables. Medical experts forget about this.

Since it has balanced protion of fatty acids you can use it. However it is advisable to use a combination of oils including traditional oils like groundnut, mustard, gingelly oils.
