Based on your recommendation I purchased Release over a year ago and it works fantastically. Use it mainly on windshield and front of our class A. Bugs and road grime melt away and wipe off easily. As for washing, I have a mobile rv detailer that does an excellent job, including the roof and awning for $250 here in So. Calif.

Very informative video. Will also see the detailed video you mentioned about the "step by step" of how you wash your CLASS A MOTORCOACH and what all you use to accomplish that wonderful Glow 👏.

Try the Gyeon Bathe+, wash and ceramic coating all-in-one. It has 3-methods of application, wash/ceramic at once, apply direct with mit and rinse, apply with foam canon and rinse. To start the year I use the Gyeon Bathe wash only, followed by a rewash with the Bathe+ to make sure all the dirt and bugs are off and it alsoapplies a ceramic base, and finally I apply the Bathe+ direct with a mit and rinse to ensure a good ceramic coating. For the rest of the season I use the Bathe+ only during washing as a maintenance step.

I tried the Ryobi $99 pressure washer. Went through 3 of them before finally getting my money back. Now I am planning on getting the Active 2.0. Nice to see that Greenworks still kicking. One thing I do is bring rinseless wash with me on trips. You can make a batch with a 5 gallon bucket and wash your car and parts of the RV. I like P&S Absolute rinseless wash.

At our home base, I have a garage with a portable scaffolding I can roll around. I use DI to rinse. When on the road, I have a built in pressure washer for quick rinse off. I have also washed it sitting in a WalMart parking lot while the wife shops for groceries and I take my DI system with us to rinse. The motorhome is ceramic coated so it is easier to clean. We had a professionally cleaned once and it cost $10 a foot. It's probably higher now.

I’ve given up on Blue Beacon. They use dirty water that left awful spots on my coach. It took me days of hard work with polishing compound to remove the spots from the paint, wheels and windows.

Great video, MJ and Izzy! I have been using a Griot deionizing water filter for many years on cars, it is a huge time and labor saver, having to remove hard water mineral deposits is very difficult and requires a lot of effort. I was unaware of the Mary Moppins lamb's wool head until you guys mentioned it in a previous video, it does a great job. During our last RV trip we watched a mobile crew wash some motorhomes. I was horrified to see them use brushes! After they finished, I checked their work, what a terrible job, the coaches were NOT clean and had swirl and scratch makes all over! I have to do it myself, I just don't trust anyone to do as good a job as I will do myself. Besides, as you have said Izzy, it's a great opportunity to check the coach over and look for anything that might need attention. But I am nowhere near as efficient as you guys are, it takes me hours! And Release is a wonderful product, it goes with us everywhere!

Now that I am back at my "home base" for the summer (my daughter's driveway in Seattle...), I purchased Release. Can't wait to use it on my RV roof especially. I RV full time, so I spend my summer washing, waxing, maintaining, repairing, etc , my RV and truck. Love your videos! ❤

Love this video. Terrific tips. I bought Release after you recommended it on another video. It's an amazing product! I wash my 44ft Class A after every trip. One thing you said is incredibly valuable...if you spend some time caring for and washing your RV, you will begin to see issues that need attention. So true!

After we bought our motorhome I quickly learned for UV protection to use nothing but 303 on my tires , slide seals , window gaskets etc. I have since discovered that there is a 303 RV Wash and talking with them they say all of their products provide UV protection.

Good vid! We’re trying a ceramic coating so only have to rinse Our 40’ class-a when back from a trip. It’s costs more but saves a ton of time and lasts 3-5 years, sometimes longer. Safe travels!

I retired from for years of trucking and most of the time I mitt washed my trucks, sometimes blue beacon, I’d tell them no brighter. Then I’d hand wipe it down. Then I had working class show trucks till I retired in 2021, lambs wool mitts and waxe job once a month by hand. My motorhome is the same way. 😂

Great information Izzy !! 2 to 3 times a month !! Wow. I’ve used the Blue Beacon twice, they did a good job for a quick wash.

Nice job as usual, guys. Question - am I correct that the Release will remove any RejeX that is on your rig’s surface? Do you apply RejeX more often to the front only? Thanks so much for all your tips!

Yes it will remove wax. We do use foam spray wax when we wash our RV to keep the slickness.

I have never been to a campground that it wasn’t allowed to wash the camper or truck? IMO an electric p/washer is the strongest you need, gas can do damage?? Glad to know there’s another person in the country who is as anal as I am about keeping things clean 🤠
