I just recently started making my burgers "smash burger" style and omg... They're so much more manageable. They don't make as much of a mess when trying to assemble and that crust on them just makes it that much better. I'm team smash now #smash

Make them at home! All you need is a pan and a flat spatula. Having a cast iron pan and burger smasher will make it easier. They are so dang good!!! There are plenty of KZbin videos showing you how to make them.
