IMPOSSIBLE! That is so many burgers! Today we are in the beautiful city of Des Moines Iowa eating some classic American Foods like delicious juicy cheeseburgers (smash burgers), hot dogs and fries at Lechelle's fine foods! Today we are attempting two challenges, the first challenge featuring 3 burgers a hot dog and fries, the 2nd being a double challenge / continuation with 6 burgers, 2 hotdogs and more fries! These challenges operate on a record time basis - in order to win and get the challenge names after you, you have to beat the record.. So maybe we can get it named the Joel Hansen Challenge!! Using local ingredients, and a strong emphasis on quality, simplicity, innovation and deliciousness, Tune in and see if we can complete this giant hot dog (seriously they are massive hot dogs), huge burger, and fries challenge in the ManVfood style!

Make them at home! All you need is a pan and a flat spatula. Having a cast iron pan and burger smasher will make it easier. They are so dang good!!! There are plenty of KZbin videos showing you how to make them.

Hi Joel my name is Cindy from NM Those smash burgers my mom use to do those. She been gone (deceased) 11yrs but when we were little she always flated the burgers. What now is called smash burgers. Just thought I'd let you know and both burgers are great! Unfortunately I cant eat bcuz i have cancer and was receiving alot of chemo. Im doing better still gotta check next yr in February to see if i need more treatment but for now Im off of chemo til then. Doctor said my appetite will come back but i gotta be patient could be up to 3 months. Ive Lost over 200lbs very sad bcuz I only have Protein shake to eat is all.
