This is why I like your content. You don't just blindly praise everything and you're very detailed about everything. I was getting annoyed with everyone hyping up literally every release. Critique is useful so companies know how to further improve their products.

Quick note, I also forgot to mention that the adhesive that holds the battery to the base shell doesn't have a solid cover on it. So, under the battery, the honeycomb fills with dirt and dust very quickly, similar to what happens on the ULX series mice. This is another thing I'd like to see fixed on future versions of the Hyperlight.

I was thinking about how much I love your content. How perfectly everything is covered and chaptered. Would you consider making a master mouse list with all this info? This way people can easily compare every single aspect you covered 😍. Just a thought. Having issues with this mouse's battery and scroll wheel already and I was considering going back to OP1 8k (white) or OP1 4kw or maybe even XMW2 4kw 🤔. It's a lot of info to compare side by side without a list or grid sadly. Any tips? 9x17cm claw gripper that likes switching up with fingertip sometimes

I got my unit and I had some side to side rocking when placing a third dot in the center close to the edge. Moving it closer to the center fixed it, but there’s some unevenness in the skate base. I’ll probably move to full size when unusual way releases full silver fox
@mel0nFPS29 күн бұрын
You can try re-tensioning the base screws, often uneven bases are caused by the screws being over-tightened.

It's quite rare to see free-scrolling, or even light scroll wheels on gaming mice as since people will use them for in-game actions. You could always mod-in a lighter encoder, but better to stick with the stock ones in my opinion.

@@DreamingPhenom The shell sizes and shapes are 1:1, but the wired version has better weight and latency, as well as more stable Hz due to the wired connection. Personally I'd go for the wired one and just get a Pulsar eS bungee and it'll feel same as a wireless one.

I've had the OP18k and can say it was more comfy than Hitscan Hyperlight. I'd wait for the OP1w 4k if I was you... Only downsides on OP18k would be that it feels front heavy. The switches and encoder feel slightly heavy (compared to optical switches). The hump and overall shape is a lot more claw friendly imo. I ended up returning the purple frost version because it creaked. The white version had no creaking issues. White: 3395, 60g switches Purple frost: 3950, 55g switches Do note you can buy lighter switches or other switches in general. Modding is encouraged.
