This is so true I visualized me runnin an low 11 100m for a whole week and i ran an 11.19 after not training for it or running it in 3yrs

cody. big fan. you’re vids help me and help athletes i work with. i first read about visualization years ago in a ny times article about its use by archers. it made sense to me then and i continue to believe in it. i don’t try to sell it or push it but i continue to raise the subject with athletes i coach. it’s theirs to decide to embrace or not.

Hey cody great video, I’ll definitely be implementing visualization this track season. I was wondering if you have any suggestions for running during winter if I don’t have access to an indoor track?

Run outside like on grass sidewalk works well if you can or maybe you can’t unless your not a sprinter your gonna have to run short sprints unless you can find some park or something near you focus on other drills so your making improvements at all times

I really like your videos, but I just stumbled across your channel. What is your opinion on creatine usage for sprinters? Did you ever discuss that in a video?

I recommend every athlete to use creatine it can help soooo much with NO CONS execpt stomach problems if it somehow disturbs it. It’s like a switch that can just let you have a little more muscle

hi Cody great content as usual! what do you think about deload weeks? in particular for someone training 3 days a week, they can bring benefits too? or they make more sense for someone that is training more?

@@ATHLETE.X hi Cody, Love your clips. Visualisation works for cancer too. Got diagnosed with stage 3 rectal cancer last March 2022. Went through chemo and radiation therapy. I focused on those treatments killing the cancer off. Then when I went to the toilet shitting it out. Worked really well. I passed out a 5cm x 3cm tumor in pieces over 7 weeks. Was ment to have an operation in September 2022. It was cancelled as there was nothing to operate on. Just scar tissue. I'm not out of the woods yet though. I've had a bit turn up on the scar. So I'm having an operation in 7 days, January 31st 2023. Still training sprints etc at 59yrs old. Visualisation works. You nailed it. Thanks for the timely reminder.

Question about cleans: is it better to drop te bar for more weight? Or use something like straps to do the reps faster without dropping the weight?

How are you finding the adidas spikes compared to the Nikes man ? Great video btw

Thanks bro. Only tried them twice so far but they feel very stable, have good bounce. If anything it feels easier to push out at good angles and they aren’t wobbly like the max fly. Slightly narrow at the base of the toes but overall fit well. Excited to use them more and see how the times go.

How long does it take to increase speed by 2 seconds.Hi Mr. Cogy, I am 13 years old and run a 100m time of 15.72. How can I increase my speed. At least I want 14 seconds. Even better is 13 seconds. Is there anyway you can help. Thanks you for your time. Bye
