Great meal ideas. I don’t often gravitate to tempeh, I used to eat it more back in the day. Maybe I’ll add that to my meal prep next week! Also, thank you for addressing beans as a carb source. If I see one more fellow vegan saying it’s a protein source I will cry. Everything has protein, yes sure. That doesn’t make everything a protein source. Thanks for being real!
