Have transitioned out of a vegan/vegetarian lifestyle and I feel much better but I stick to organic meats, lots of water, exercise, and FIBER! I don’t eat junk food.

Very informative and helpful for a woman in her late 20s. I fast from at least 7 or 8pm til noon sometimes 11am. If I push my fast past 12 I'll end up making poor food choices due to my hunger being on 1000x lol 😅 I also take chlorophyll pills which has helped with me making more bowel movements than I normally would however I know that my diet still needs to be a little more balanced. When I do fast tho I think more clear and feel more energetic and my mood is more light weight. I will definitely try that viome test to help me better decide what foods are good for me & which ones aren't. Pork is definitely not apart of my diet at all.

Wish that worked for me...I eat once per day so my fasting is long...I feel like crap when I don't have food in my system from fasting...my energy is low, im grumpy and just feel uncomfortable due to being hungry. But, I still do it because I don't eat until I get home. Been like this for years. Fasting doesn't make me feel good. So recently I have been bringing a banana with me to help me feel better until I can eat an actually meal. You really do have to find your own way. I also eat whole foods...seafood and poultry, veggies and fruits...rice Love how you pointed out that you need to do what works for you. It really is a tedious journey for those of us with persistent digestive issues. I will say, I don't feel bloated because I only eat one meal and perhaps a snack like a banana. lol However, Im going ot revamp everything and start counting calories and weighing food again and eating a little more.

@ It varies…and ideally it should. 🥳 Just this week I have eaten oatmeal, pumpkin seeds, raisins, walnuts, peanuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, red pepper flakes, cucumber, carrots, celery, purple onion, white onion, broccoli, cauliflower, edamame, pineapples, blueberries, grapes, strawberries, gold potatoes, butter lettuce, spinach, grapefruit, tangerines, garlic powder, blood orange….that’s 24..so far. 🤓There are still a few days left in the week. Grains and spices count too! 😋

Salt water in the morning before eating anything seems to help with my digestion. Just make sure that it's a natural salt of the earth such as Himalayan salt or Celtic salt, and not regular table salt.

@ryanamari2233 I personally add maybe about a 3rd of a teaspoon to a 16 oz bottle of water. You don't need too much, you can probably even do less than that and just as long as the water doesn't taste like straight up salt, you should be good.

Intermittent fasting surley works for me. I have done the 16-8 & 18-6. However, I am going to set an ending meal time daily and eating time. I will probably do a 7 pm to 11 am daily, which is a 16-8, but I don't have to guess if my last meal is at 7:40 pm, etc. Great video. Your skin glows ❤️.

Apples are some of the worst food for your gut. I have gut problems too. I have apples that I purchased three months ago some red some green and they still look the same as when I bought them from the store….. I recently purchased some grapes the same thing all this food; these fruits are genetically modified … Even when there marked Organic… The only thing that spoils is bananas so more than likely they’re not as bad because a true banana would have a seeds the bananas don’t have seeds … That’s why people are sick..it’s the food and The fertilizer all types are chemicals are on food. Some food is grown indoors and I have no idea what they use to modify them to make them grow.
