I was in major pain, limping..got custom orthotics, also was re-sized for my shoes. Was wearing a 15, actually needed a 14w. No longer in pain!!

I have a stress fracture in 1 foot and morton's neuroma in the other. Please help

So sorry to hear about this. A stress fracture is definitely something you might want to see someone in person for. How long do you use the toe spacers? Will it help with toe pain?

You can use them for a few minutes or as long as you can handle :) I like to use mine while i'm working on chores. at rest or different tasks!

I have some feet issues but I think the real problem is societal pressure into wearing shoes that are "acceptable" , for example if you work at corporate environment, you can't just show up wearing barefoot shoes if you don't want to get weird looks, especially if you are a woman. I find heels terribly uncomfortable (even certain flats) and I do the best I can to avoid wearing them at all, but still the norm that you are supposed to be wearing certain types of shoes if you want to be taken seriously exists. Thanks to Covid for changing the corporate fashion rules towards comfort and health because nowdays even CEOs wear pencil skirts and suits with sneakers (it would be unthinkable before Covid), but it doesn't happen in every workplace. But I am positive that this trend will continue untill we will be able to wear whatever we want because what really matters is your work ethic and your results not what you are wearing. I am seeing my gen Z coworkers ditching the fashion "rules" so I am positive about the future :)

Agreed! Luckiliy i'm seeing more and more comfortable shoes add a "professional" approach to them. We love Vivo barefoots because they have quite a few different looks like boots and slippers :)

I HATE MY TOES I WRECK MY TOES& FEET BY DOING BALLET& WEARING THE WRONG SHOES.I AM SOO EMBARRASS OF MY TOES. I DONT TAKE OFF MY SHOES AROUND OTHER PEOPLE. MY TOES ARE CLAW WHAT CAUSE THAT? I USE TO HAVE NORMAL TOES WHEN I WAS YOUNG. I HAVE BUNNIONS ON MY TOES,I WISH I COULD JUST BREAK MY TOES OR GET SOMETO BREAK MY TOES..I GET PAIN IN MY FEET.😭😭😭😭😡
