Thank you for your helpful videos! I am over three years into a frozen shoulder recovery and still have a tiny bit of residual restriction in mobility. I appreciate your holistic and relational approach very much. I especially love the "playful" shoulder videos where you use a clipboard, glass and a stick, as well as the TMJ jaw sliding video. I am grateful for the reminder to be present in the moment and to move with body-mind awareness. Namaste.

Yes! I am going to do this with my 81 year old mother! For decades she has dealt with the same issues as me. She can definitely sit and do these motions as she also recovers from a 14 day hospital stay from covid and a very slow recovery. Mom and daughter doing therapy together, at home. 💙

Hello Taro, a practical suggestion in regards to MrGT complaint about filler sentences - It could help if you time stamp chapters (wrist, shoulder, pelvis, etc) on your time line so that viewers can quickly scan and decide if the exercise would be a helpful addition to their personal routine. BTW, I found your Stir the Pot exercise using broomstick a helpful antidote to prolonged sitting. Thank You

I am a tennis player who suffers from shoulder impingement when I serve and hit overheads. This exercise may help me be aware how I can incorporate other body parts while doing these type of swings, to lesson the stress on my shoulder. Thanks

This is great to do the morning after a certain vaccine. Last time I did push ups, and that was a mistake. Like squats for the peanut butter shot 😩. Anyhow, I'm older now and this is better for easing this lump in my arm. 😉 Thank you.

This was very interesting indeed and I can see the connection to physical activities incl. martial arts. Thank you for this. However, in my case I strongly believe that my shoulder pain results from the use of the mouse - I am spending more time in front of the PC since COVID. So I cannot see how you would use the mouse by engaging the whole body as you recommend. I would very much appreciate any feedback on this particular context.

I have a condition now and then where the muscles around my right shoulder blade becomes painful to any movement. Even not moving it hurts. The muscles feel out of place and irritated. Seems to happen more frequently from sleeping on my side. (Also sending many hours daily on computer.) The only solution I have found recently is several days of acupuncture treatment. But that is not always available immediately. Is there a way to correct this from happening in the future?

You use so much filler sentences it is a little frustrating to watch you. Like repeating things multiple times. Or spending nearly a full minute explaining that you can do this exercise standing or sitting, or you can do it on either side, which is very obvious and doesn't need explaining. This video would be quality content at about 3 minutes long.
@TaroIwamoto
@TaroIwamoto 2 жыл бұрын
thanks for the feedback. yes i agree that i can write scripts and keep it more concise without filler sentences. i just dont do well reading scripts as i dont feel as authentic. However i am slowly making adjustments to improve quality of my contents.
